So this is basically just another post heralding my affections for the work of photographer, Toyin.
These photographs really exhibit the inventive, unique way in which she portrays boys in her photographs. The style is so unassuming and raw and males are portrayed in a very unique way. Innocence and sexuality are somehow both explored in the one photograph and the subjects are made to feel very real.
This is what the photographer had to say when asked to describe her work...
"...What lies beneath - not just a pretty face. Raw, honest to a point, and maybe a slight hint of voyeurism and untapped sexuality, it's all in the eyes..."
